I’ve known from a very young age why I didn’t want to eat animals for ethical reasons, but this documentary opened up my eyes to the impact on the environment as well, and it’s devastating. I was already vegan, but in order to try and lead a healthier lifestyle I cut out lots of processed foods and, more importantly, gluten. Today is the first day of my gluten free and no processed foods journey. I usually eat pretty clean but the last few weeks I have been indulging in sweet treats and unhealthy meals. It always leaves me feeling like crap. So I decided to go 30 days eating super clean to get back to my "normal" clean eating ways. The goal is to feel awesome all the time and eating clean definitely makes me feel awesome.
