If I go out to eat and the restaurant has sweet potato fries, you know what I'm ordering, no hesitation. I don't know why any place that serves regular fries wouldn't also serve sweet potato fries; they're so much better, and can be enjoyed in so many different ways (desert fries, lots of yummy stuff on top, etc.) That's why, when I finally had the realization that I could just make my own at home, I was so excited.
Let me begin by saying that I'm convinced cauliflower is magical.
Think about it. There's no way that one food could taste so delicious in so many different ways. Roasted, air-fried, in salads, and even (like this recipe) in tacos, cauliflower goes well with anything as long as it's prepared correctly.
