If you have tried a yoga class and decided it wasn't for you I urge you to try a few different styles before you quit! There are many forms of yoga, but today I am going to review the 9 most popular styles of yoga, each one unique in their own way. The best part is that whatever style you choose, every style serves to help you connect yourself to your body. It’s easy to let bad posture creep into our daily lives. We are what we repeatedly do, so if we are slouching all day then what else do we expect. We lean over phones, stare at computer screens, and all the other various things that allow our back muscles to weaken and our shoulders to slump forward. Thankfully, yoga can help!
I'll be honest; when I began this project I knew how long things were going to take, and it still didn't register in my mind how huge this was going to be. Between five-hour-long photo shoots, constant editing of those photos, and all of the writing involved-each of the days we worked on it, the e-book took over our lives. It had to!
I wish I could have stayed forever, and I will definitely be going back! Overall, the scenery is like nothing you’ve ever seen before, the food is amazing, and the staff’s devotion to even the tiniest of details will make your stay there feel SO special. I can’t wait for my next adventure, but until then I’ll just keep looking back at the pictures and wishing I was there!

It’s a vicious cycle, but fortunately I’ve found ways to relieve that and get back to the grind in no time. Keep reading to learn more about my methods!
If you’ve been reading my blogs, you know that for the last thirty days I’ve been eating as clean as possible. I was already vegan, but in order to try and lead a healthier lifestyle I cut out lots of processed foods and, more importantly, gluten. (If you want to read more about this journey or find out how to do it yourself, go read my last blog post, “30 Days Clean Eating”).
