When: Saturday, August 21st, 2021 @ 8:30 am PST
What: This class will focus on core, headstands, and forearm stands. We will warm up with some core work and then dive right into inversions. All levels.
Where: Zoom
The recording will automatically be sent to you after class. (by end of day) The recording will be available for 30 days.
Props are not required. However, feel free to use your own. I recommend a blank wall for inversions.
You have the option to turn your camera on so I can see you and give you corrections. If you prefer more privacy you can take the class with the camera turned off.
During the class, you will be muted. Questions can be asked in the chatbox.
