What: This class is a gentle flexibility class focused on hamstrings and hips. All levels.
Where: Zoom
The recording will automatically be sent to you after class. (by end of day)
Props are not required. However, feel free to use your own. I recommend using bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps if you have them.
You have the option to turn your camera on so I can see you and give you corrections. If you prefer more privacy you can take the class with the camera turned off.
During the class, you will be muted. Questions can be asked in the chatbox.
