Not a day goes by where I don’t think about working out! As a matter of fact, it’s what keeps me going throughout the day. There are so many workouts that I sometimes have trouble picking which one I want to do. So I made it simpler—rather than showing up to the gym and going from available machine to machine, I came up with a workout plan. Simple and easy! Some of us may be too lazy or think that eating healthy should be enough, so why exercise? But actually, there are SO many benefits of working out!
