When: Sunday, September 11th, 2022 @ 930 am PST
What: This 60 min class will focus on hamstrings and inner and outer hip flexibility. All levels. We will do a mix of flowing and deep yin stretches to get the best of both worlds. I offer options for every level including challenge poses for the advanced level. This class will include poses such as pigeon, frog, wall straddle, center splits, and more.
Where: Zoom
The recording will automatically be sent to you after class. (by end of day) The recording will be available for 30 days.
Props are not required. However, I recommend blocks, a strap, and a wall.
You have the option to turn your camera on so I can see you and give you corrections. If you prefer more privacy you can take the class with the camera turned off.
During the class, you will be muted. Questions can be asked in the chatbox.
