When: Sunday, November 28th, 2021 @ 8:30 am PST
What: This 60 min class will focus on a combo of strength and flexibility in a vinyasa flow. All levels. We will move through a variety of flows that will focus on flexibility. This class will give you a chance to get into deep stretches and challenge your flexibility in poses such as bird of paradise, standing split, sugar cane, and more fun variations.
Where: Zoom
The recording will automatically be sent to you after class. (by end of day) The recording will be available for 30 days.
Props are not required. However, I recommend blocks, a strap, and a wall.
You have the option to turn your camera on so I can see you and give you corrections. If you prefer more privacy you can take the class with the camera turned off.
During the class, you will be muted. Questions can be asked in the chatbox.
