I am always getting emails from you guys asking what I eat as a vegan, so here is a glimpse of what I eat in a day. I eat 100% vegan, I have for many years and I always will. I do not follow any strict diet such as restricting calories, fats, carbs, sugar…blah blah BLAH. Instead I eat the rainbow (not skittles lol). Your body craves what you continually feed it, so I have trained my body to crave healthy food. I actually CRAVE kale salads and green smoothies on a regular basis. I try my best to stay away from processed foods. If I feel like having a dessert, then I make it! I just make sure to make it as clean, natural, and healthy as possible. I also change it up often so I don’t get bored! If you have any awesome meal ideas or recipes to share with me I would love to hear them!
