Vegan Matcha Latte Recipe

Matcha Lattes are perfect for the morning time and are basically the new coffee. They are easy to make and most importantly help you feel magical and ready to take on the day.

What is Matcha?

Matcha is powdered green tea leaves and contains about 35g of caffeine per tsp.

The magic of Matcha:

  • Increased energy

  • Improves mood and focus

  • Provides essential vitamins and minerals

  • Boosts metabolism

  • High in antioxidants and chlorophyll

  • L-theanine for improved mood and stress relief

Recipe:

  • 1 1/2 cup non dairy milk

  • 1/4 tsp vanilla

  • 2 tsp Matcha

  • Stevia to taste

** I prefer to use oatmilk or soymilk for lattes because they are thicker than almond milk and make the drink more filling.

Directions:

  1. Warm the milk on the stove top on low heat.

  2. Stir in the vanilla, matcha, and sweetener.

  3. Pour into your favorite mug.

  4. Sip. Relax. Enjoy.
