Super Smoothie Bowls: Pitaya, Bango Berry, Triple Berry

Super Smoothie Bowls are a seriously delicious part of my life. I eat one almost every day! Smoothies are a great nutritional meal on the go, but smoothie bowls are great way to fully enjoy a smoothie as a meal. I fill my smoothies with my favorite fruits and top them with my favorite super foods. So here are my top 3 favorite Super Smoothie Bowls!

Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

Topped with shredded coconut, banana, and a crunchy cashew almond Rise Bar.

Rise Bars are a yummy topping that work for puddings, yogurts, and super smoothie bowls. They have a few awesome vegan flavors, but this one is my favorite.


Triple Berry Smoothie Bowl

1.5 Cups of mixed frozen blueberries, raspberries, blackberries

.5 Banana

.5 cup Frozen Spinach

Almond Milk as needed

Stevia to taste

Toppings: Banana, berries, shredded coconut
