Overnight Oats (Vegan, Sugar Free)

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I’m sure this is something most of you know, but it can definitely be the meal we tend to skip the most. Everyone has those mornings where you wake up late, keep hitting the snooze button, or just take too much time getting out of bed. Whatever the case may be, these mornings happen far too often and to the best of us!

Overnight oats

Overnight oats are the perfect grab-and-go breakfast! When you want a sweeter breakfast that's still a super healthy this will hit the spot. ;) Letting the oatmeal sit overnight with fruit, the oats absorb the flavors so much, making it insanely sweet and delicious! This recipe is also easy to make so it’s good for those of you who crave simplicity! 

 

Overnight oats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of gluten free rolled oats

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 tsp of chia seeds

  • Stevia (as a sweetener)

  • Dash of Cinnamon

  • And add any toppings you’d like, such as bananas, shredded coconut, or blueberries!

 

Mix all of the ingredients together in a jar.  Place it in the fridge and let it sit overnight. In the morning all you gotta do is stir, and enjoy! It is such a simple recipe, yet so effective and tasty! Now you can enjoy your mornings and take those extra 20 minutes to sleep in and not have to worry about making breakfast because it will be ready for you to just pick up and go!
